I'd like to know if the employee is a management, or union employee?

...if the employee is union and clocked out for lunch, although what "might" have happened is against company policy. There's a chance the employee could keep his job.

She couldn't be more obvious with the photo, now she's going to most likely get outed and this dude is going to get fired. This could have been avoided wayyy too easily, most of us girls know how to keep our mouths shut. -_-
