I have used both in the past... the Sybian I honestly wasn't crazy about... I sorta felt like I was sitting on the nose of a jet plane =:O  I *did* cum, but it wasn't that enjoyable... I was vibrating so hard all over I felt like my teeth would fall out!!!!! ===:O

In Vegas I got to try out one of the fucking machines... it was a hand held one, the power drill with the big dildo on it. Now *that* was FUN!!!!!!! INCREDIBLE! OMGGGGGGGGGG!!!!! It was so intense I couldn't take much... but I sure would love to practice! I only *wish* I had one! I also liked the hand held one because altho it is a *fucking machine* it has a human element of control... someone has to hold it and guide its position inside you and can move it around and stuff.
