Funny you should mention it.  A couple of weeks ago I was in Atlanta and had secured time with a highly reviewed woman (she has since had to take her TER listing down due to an apparent stalker)  Anyway, I read pages worth of reviews and was stoked to see her.  The day before our meeting a new review was posted that mentioned she had braces.  First I was shocked and kind of ticked out that not one other reviewer in the last 6 months had bothered to mention it (nice job guys!) and secondly, I was tempted to cancel because I wasn't into that potential look.  I see it from time to time in porn and it never really gets me going...

Well I was convinced that everything else about her was a 10 so I played through ...thank God i did.  Total homerun, I had an absolutely awesome time and in spite of those big metal braces, I never felt them during any of our play time.  

I would never choose someone based on that but I now know not to eliminate someone from consideration based on her having braces.  Good is good and that's that!
