OK...another for you women providers out there:  Have you ever seen a man that just blew you away.  Lets face it, most of the men you see are married, over weight, have a lot of money, older, etc.  Have you ever been contacted by a man and when he showed up he was younger, better looking (hot), nice body and you thought....Why is this guy seeing me?  He can get laid anywhere or anytime he wants? If this was happened we want to hear your story and what happened and how much you enjoyed it....it might not happen all the time but it must happen!!

Hobbyists are over weight, married and old. Ones age and look is all about how one took care of themselves when they were young, taking care of them now and how fit they are. There is no reason for someone to overweight, belly hanging out, blah......blah.....blah.

People see providers for many reasons. Personally, I don't have time to chase after civilians and don't want the damn drama. Bot are going to cost me money so; I prefer the least hassle method. I have met some fantastic people, have become good buddies and have done many things together just for fun. Just treat people like people in a civilized manner and that is all it takes.

I do not see any difference between a provider and civilian.

I have no patience for the dating drama.  I don't want a long-term relationship; I want to have hot sex, go home, be by myself and have a drink.  I want to have sex with hot young chicks half my age or less.  I like the whole idea of paying for it; it's direct and honest.  I think providers are sexy as hell.  I'm in better shape than most men half my age.  I'm also modest as hell!  LOL!

To be honest, I don't think I'd ever date a provider.  A) she knows I cannot be faithful, duh, if I could, we never woulda met!  B) Everytime she goes out of town I'll be thinking of what lucky guy is doing whatever with her.

I don't think it could work, like, ever.

I've had a guy look very close to Michael Jai White mmmmmmm he almost got free extra time (oh I said it and usually you being good-looking doesn't get you any points because I think i'm good-looking too lol) just because he looked that much like him. Another looked like a DJ I liked (DJ Drama), another looked like Maxwell, there was this cute blonde blue eyed surfer looking guy that was pretty hot too. I've been tempted to throw out free extra time but never have...almost doesn't count I guess lol. I have asked them why do they see providers because they are that hot (to me) and the answer usually is just because they can.

And it's not just because they're getting paid.  It's their personality type.

They typically really like people and they enjoy meeting a wide variety of people.  There are plenty of ways for less than perfect men to be interesting and engaging, and there are just as many ways for young studs to be complete bores (and boors).

Another way to answer your question is to look at how many providers don't like to see men under 30-years old.  That will tell you where their priorities lie.

Be well groomed, be interesting and be a gentleman, and any woman on this board will be happy to see you walk in her door- regardless of your imperfections.

Because men over 30 have MUCH more money (typically) than a man under 30.  Can't disagree with that.....You missed my point anyway.  It's all good.

When I went to a few meet and greets about 7 or 8 years ago, I was surprised that most of the men were average or above average in looks.  A fair percentage of them (maybe about 1/3) were what I'd call very good looking.  I don't think this is all that unusual for the type of clients the majority of ladies on TER draw.

Of course they also see guys that couldn't get laid under other circumstances- look no further than this board. You only have to read some of these questions to know that a lot of the guys here have very little experience.  But there are also many good-looking men in this activity too, and that point frequently does get missed.

I actually really don't like people in general (Florence King is my hero).

But I do agree, I am more concerned with character than any physical attributes a gent may have.

Agreed. Most of the time people are a disappointment.

Not to say I'm not trying, but I"ll admit I haven't been to a M.A. meeting in a while.Just too... well... crowded.:-(

Answer: No BS, cheaper to pay to leave and go on their merry way.

I get a bit nervous if they are super hot or more of are they going to think Im hot enough for them? so to speak.. Im a confident person but when they are "dang hes hot" its a whoa. lol

But I would not expect most the ladies to post about it here.  Those kind of reactions cross over into the fuzzy gray area between work and personal.

I have some providers who have become real life friends.  Not "in love with", but ladies I stay in touch with, have dinner with, and talk about life with.  Several have had this kind of situation.  For most it was either a one-time date that she really enjoyed.  For a few it became a ATF Client.  For one it became her husband and they are still going strong.

I fit the old, over weight categories; unfortunately not the "lots of money" one.  But to think most the client base is, is wrong.  A disproportionate of THIS segment may be, but in the bigger picture it is not so skewed.
