Is anyone else having trouble with the provider search form loading?  Has not worked properly for me for days.  All convoluted, answer boxes placed haphazardly, data on right missing.  What say you staff?

The biggest problem I have with the form is having to fill out again and again as many as 10-15 details that are not relevant to many of these fictional encounters, the multiple girls and guys items, ethnicity, spit or swallow. I would prefer a form dealing more with the core essentials, leaving the unusual for the text of the fictional reviews. After these initial years it's time for some revisions, but the job of running TER must be overwhelming, putting up with so much bs from us guys. LOL

Valid point.  Here's another.  After she's been reviewed once, all that really gets posted is your narrative but you still have to fill out the whole form.  Would be better to default the info to the latest input instead of the first.  That gives you more current info on her tendencies.  It does take time to input all of that for nothing.
