why ?
because the # of potential clients GREATLY outnumber the total supply of providers, of which, only a precious few are honest... . .. you cant put a provider out of business whether she's honest or not.... not even with years and years of ripoff reviews. ..... there's the proof of that and she's not the only profile like that with active ads.
when you make up lies to try to damage the reputation of an honest provider, you only hurt yourself and your fellow hobbyists.
you deny other guys a good (and perhaps rare) experience and you damage your own credibility with anyone who knows her better or who decides (out of curiousity) to get to know her anyway.... other providers who know her better will probably refuse to see you.
in general, you will find that you achieve the greatest success in life when you focus upon improving yourself rather than trying to destroy others.

Well the dumb asses that continue to use her without checking her reviews get what they deserve. And shame on any TER members that used her without checking her reviews.

relatively speaking, escort review boards are still a new development in the industry.
It seems they were smart enough to find TER after the fact. I checked out the reveiwers and with the exception of one, this was either their first or second review. Too bad they didn't do their homework first.
It is hard on them because they are scared of losing everything.
Men who want escorts are vulnerable and I feel like it is such a personal kind of betrayal that they would be taken advantage of .
They don't know about it because it is ILLEGAL -DUH!

backpage.com puts out a free ad for me and any other provider who has good reviews on ter.
for a fee your ad will also go out in their widely circulated print advertisment... i've never paid for this option but i get quite a few calls from 'the new times' which is the newspaper that backpage advertises in.

In LA, there are a lot of these rip off agencies who advertise girls' pics (it's not the girls who are behind these fake pics and ripoff services, its an AGENCY sending anyone out who is willing and usually not telling them anything about it.They tell the girls that it's not sex, just dancing and to get the money up front and if a guy expects or asks for sex, then bounce.) They are all still in business despite reviews stating they're ripoffs.
As Ana stated, it can kill your business among the top ladies if you start trying to mess with the real ladies' businesses. I know of one backchannel review board (yes boys, we are everywhere and we have spies everywhere) that says some HARSH stuff about the ladies and even goes so far as to start negative (and untrue) rumors. However, these ladies end up getting even more business from it bc the men that sit there and go along with the public flogging of the provider run to her to see if it's true. lol. It kills me everytime.
It's a fickle business but as much as I hate to say it, you guys don't really retain the power as reviewers that you think you do. In this tiny corner of the hobbying universe, the majority of people seem to be in a harmonious little quest for a good time. Those that fuck up that harmony really only screw themselves over, not the ladies.

about review boards. First if you're just getting into the hobby you are really surprised that something like eros and c'slist exist. Then after getting ripped off and/or seeing some very poor providers....the sun pops out, someone tells you, or you finally click on the little ter symbol on someone web page and a huge grin appears on your face as you run for the wallet to sign up and see if this is all legit. Yes, I speak from experience. I have a very good friend who is hinting around about hobbying. Because of work there is no way I can appear to know too much about this and it is very difficult to hint around to him about TER. I finally wrote the site down on a napkin with eros also on it and placed it next to his jacket one day. I saw him pocket the note, but to this day he has never ever mentioned hobbying, TER, or anything. So for newbies it can be a tough learning experience by way of some really bad times and a lot of cash. The good news: Thank you TER and the legit & lovely providers!

i am using this despicable person's rip off reviews to prove the point that a provider can still have a successful business no matter what is said about her.
i'm sure her rip off reviews are accurate since there are so many and they are consistent with each other... but my point is that she is obviously still in business regardless .. she is still getting clients or she wouldnt be paying for ads.
now, because someone is being vindictive to me and trying to ruin my business i am questioning why do guys (or other girls in some cases) waste their time and energy trying to ruin an honest providers business when there is solid proof that there are so many clients and so many different sources of clients that you can't even ruin a dishonest providers business,
there is post after post over the course of many years that she is a rip off... not one person has recommended her yet she is still in business. i am sure if you did some research, you'd find that she has been declared a ripoff on many boards..
so my point is if you try to destroy an honest providers business you will most certainly fail.
and in fact, you will only hurt yourself by lowering your own credibility and you will hurt your fellow hobbyists by steering them away from what might be a really great experience for them.
even though you manage to steer a few hobbyists away, she will still get them from somewhere else. theres no shortage of men who want to f*ck.

Most people somehow believe that if they post a negative comment about a woman, that everybody else will follow that comment, and not see the woman, and vice versa if they post a positive comment, then everybody will see her.
It is merely a case of increased self-importance. People want to believe that everybody heeds their opinion online because in real-life, nobody listens to them at all.
They also believe that their little spit-balls make a difference in moving a boulder.
As anybody can see, a woman with many good reviews will never be slowed down by a few "bad-eggs" who wish her business to slow down.
i have come across some pretty toxic spit and oh yeah i'm sure they can move boulders with it.

I don't get near the dates I'd like to have because I have no reviews. I cant afford an ad on Eros and here is this dishonest provider with bad reviews and all kind of dates. Talk about frustrating.

advertising in multiple places makes getting clients easier.
however, the more clients you retain, the less clients you need to get. coincidentally, focusing on making your clients happy enough to come back will also result in getting reviews.
your advertising and your reviews should be secondary in importance... they will help you but if you rely on reviews to make it in this biz, then you are vulnerable to reviews also breaking you.
if you rely only on yourself and your performance to make it in this biz, then only you can break you in this biz.
my first 2 years in this biz i told guys that paying me was optional however if they didnt pay me, they couldnt ever come back. then i made damn sure they wanted to come back real bad. LOL
surprisingly only a few took advantage of me. but when they did, it really hurt my feelings and made me want to quit so i had to stop giving that option.
even more surprising to me was that every single one of them that didnt pay me, actually tried to come back.

That is actually a very good marketing method in my mind that has not been exploited at all.
The option to not pay (or like Radiohead did, to pay what you feel it is worth), but if you do not pay at least some minimum, you simply do not think it was worth anything, so you cannot come back is a very admirable method to get rid of the useless one-timers who would never repeat anyway.
As to ones who did not pay, but want to return, perhaps a "double-payment" would work. If you did not pay the first time, then in order to see you again, you have to pay for both sessions during the second one. That way the people who do want to see you have to pay up with serious $$.
I wonder how it would work in the long run, but I would guess that if only a few did it, their business would increase, as long as they did not charge so much as they were already a once-in-a-lifetime woman anyways (over $500/hr for example).
If everybody did it though, then what is to stop a guy from seeing 50 women, and never paying for anything, so I guess the idea also has some negatives.
The only thing I would recommend is that if someone does not want to pay you, it is probably not because of you, but instead they who are the cheapskates. In fact since all of them tried to come back, they probably figured since they had not paid once, why should they have to pay again. Plainly they were too cheap to pay anything.

yea... thanks for pointing this out... it is an eye opener... but for those who are smart enough and for the ladies who are professional enough... TER provides a great safe haven... never been steered wrong by looking at and reading the reviews... and of the ladies I have met THROUGH TER... well - lets just say I have fallen in love with them - and consider them friends first and escorts only a distant second.
There are women out there who are just as good (and maybe better) who have never been anywhere near TER. I have happened to meet a few great women through CL for example who have never been reviewed on TER, but based on any metric I can think of are better than many of the TER-reviewed women I have met.
That is not to say that every TER woman is better or worse than someone who is not TER reviewed, but it seems that many of the men here, and some of the women here approach TER as the be-all-end-all place for escorts. They think that if the woman is not on TER then she simply does not exist. I beg to differ on that count.
or even the first and only to review... have found some worthwhile - and others not so... I have also discovered some who are not even on CL! and that was truly spectacular while it lasted.... but more on that in my memoirs...
BUT - if you want to be 90% sure of what you are getting into... TER. hands down. If I am more venturouse, I'll go away from TER - but for the most part, I want some reliability in what I am going to experience.
If you want to know exactly what you are getting, and are unwilling to do any research yourself, then TER is the way to go.
For me, I have found better women myself through other channels. These women are less "professionals", and more like "friends with benefits" that happen to get a few dollars from me. These are women with whom I have meaningful relationships rather than nothing when the dollars stop. These are women who I keep up with on a personal level, and are geniunely interested in what I am up to in addition to my interest in helping them also. These are women who if I have not emailed in a few months, they email me wondering what happened to me.
These are not the women who are "Best kept secret" in whatever location you might be talking about. These are not the women who's only source of income is escorting. These are the women who are actually interested in hearing about your day. These are the women who when you call them up and ask if you can come over in 20 minutes, they actually welcome you with just a bathrobe on out of the shower, and are really glad to see you, and simply do not have "rules" about 24 hour notice, etc. These are the women who are disappointed when you have to cancel, not because of the lost income, but because they wanted to see you, because of the great massage you give them that nobody else seems to be able to do.
..And that is the type of women I prefer..

In my short time on TER, I've only posted one negative review and one less than positive review. My goal was not to ruin the ladies' business, but to advise fellow hobbyists of my experiences with said lady.

Lot of married, business men do not have the time or convenience of playing on the computer by going to boards such as this one, but when they try there are lot of boards that send u in circles with pop ups ands tons of porno email after you visit one of them and so they give up.
