for access to the PO board just like there are for the RO board.    I could be wrong, but I don't think so.  I seem to remember a provider posting something to that effect years ago.    I know when I first joined TER, I asked about the RO board and they told me I needed 10 reviews and had to be active on the discussion boards for a period of time.  I don't know if there are similar thresholds for providers, but it would be interesting to know.  Any ladies want to share in general terms what you had to do to get access, or is it free for the asking?

I know some providers accept gift e-cards.  They can be anonymous.

To the OP and others, re: gift e-cards. You can search TER boards or generic google search to find out "GC scams" to be aware of. If you do get an e-card (serial numbers, etc.), try to convert it to cash ASAP, before the GC scammers can scan to see of the card was activated and has a positive balance and scrape it clean into their own accounts.
