anyone else having (or have had) problems with the "add to favorites" link?  i've written 3 emails to ter staff, but i haven't gotten any answers or suggestions.  can anyone help?

You may be confusing this with the 'bookmarks' section of your browser I am thinking. When you are reading a review that you want to keep, click the my favorites button and should get an acknowledgement pop-up. To view the 'my favorites' click the 'Account Manager' icon at top of your screen and then click 'my favorites.' Voila! There it is...

Make sure that your browser isn't blocking pop-ups.       You may have to reboot to make the change take effect.

Believe it or not, we do respond.  The problem is that AOL (your email provider) sometimes puts us in the spam folder or just simply does not deliver our emails.  If anyone has a suggestion on fixing that, I would really love it.

Aussies is correct.  If you have a popup blocker, you will need to disable it for TER or many features will fail including adding to favorites.
