Actually not true Zoe, You can have a fat transfer surgery, where the vacuum fat out of one area and put it back into your boobs. That way you get lipo AND natural breast enhancement without any scarring. Also if they are just…empty, you can have the nipple relocated higher and simple remove all excess skin. If you don't want implants this is a way to stay an a/b/small c and keep it natural.
Modern times have provided many options other than perky (often small) breasts or implants.
I too toyed around with that idea (15k for it) but ALL the doctors confirmed that because it was your body's natural fat, that if you lost weight, you would again lose the fat they injected, and it's never perfectly disbursed either. That means you can have serious lumps and many other issues, and unlike a regular implant that is good for 10-20 years, the fat injected can go away in less than 5. No thanks.
I plan to have the incision under my armpits like a friend of mine did, and they came out perfect. The healing process was a bit longer, but worth it from the look.

I am 32- I also cant wear a bra it kills my neck. I tryed 32 b 34 b 36 c. I got sized at agentvprovocateur they said 32 d. I bought a 300 dollar bra . They all hurt my neck. So. Again, why not point it out if her photos are inaccurate...that's a much more humane (and human) way to express your disappointment.
A handful around and a nip to suck is plenty.
