WTF is with the outscourcing of all the tech support jobs.
I had a problem with my computer, and when I called AT&T for help, I got some guy from Haiti on the line. When I explained my problem to him, he said my computer probably had a curse on it. He told me to cut the head off a live chicken and sprinkle some blood on the modem, and my problem would be resolved.

My question is, has anyone had any sucess with this, and is it OK to eat the chicken afterwards ?

At least thats what the tech who read my labs told me when I called about the results of my prostrate exam

and eat pussy instead... I had to replace a whole system after using this method, turns out the chicken had some weird fungus.  Then there is also current issue with bird flu.  Don't recommend.
And yes, you CAN have success with getting things resolved... you have to ask for the manager, the manager's manager, the manager's manager's manager and so on... eventually you will probably get some f'n senior vp in the US who speaks English - but probably does not know dick about how to actually solve your dilemma.
