The head guy at one of my former employers, had to be picked up at his hotel. Due to partying with the ladies all night, on several occasions. He was a complete dick, I can't remember but I think his name was John.
If caught by this employer. I would have simply said, I'm testing the waters for a position in management.
and stand in front of a mirror and tell myself that I am a low life POS for seeing hookers.
I would wait until 5PM then hire myself back at 9am the next day.
As long as it was mostly quiet, my boss would probably take me aside tell me to take a break from this. I have a feeling he's seen his share of escorts.
If it was a more public outing, I'd be let go. The company comes first. But then again, it would never get to that point because I'm incredibly cautious. I never use my work computer for hobby research, nor do I bring my hobby phone to work. My alibis for missing work to meet with a lady are always close to airtight, I don't give them any reason to question.
The one that concerns me is the SO finding out. I walked away from my computer for 5 minutes to use the bathroom, came back and she was within range of seeing my screen with TER open in one of my background tabs. I didn't even realize she was back from her errands, the jig was almost up!
I had to fire myself...only to realize that the Company was totally dependent on my continuing.
So I made a deal...that if I didn't fuck up too badly I could continue to do this on Company time.
It's worked out pretty good so far 
I did however think of hiring a gal to be my overseer.....and if I fucked up she had every right to fuck the shit out of me...I might still do that.

If my immediate boss finds out..Nothing...He is a dickhead himself..He is a town drunk and a pot head. But smart as hell..The man can speak Unix as his first language...He probably fucks hookers too..
If my company finds out that I see hookers...as just FYI...Curly sees hookers, by virtue of someone telling them, or say I'm seen at M&G by some guy in company and word gets out. They will probably look the other way....
But if I get arrested, oh then...I'll be probably sitting at a bar with Dungie drinking cheap beer. I'll let him pick the tab this time....

...and she doesn't care. We both do research in the sex industry, so if anything, it helps that I am a paid companion.
Most of our boss are ass because they get no action from home and bring their shitty attitude to work. Take them out and hopefully they will get hooked and be happy in the office for once.
.....but there were no legal repercussions, nothing would happen. My boss (a woman) would likely be personally disappointed to find out I'm unfaithful to my wife, but she knows I'm a valuable asset to the company and difficult to replace (as we've had hypothetical discussions about me taking other jobs).
If I were publicly arrested, say in an AMP bust or sting or something, things would get uglier. Charged with a felony, I'd almost certainly lose my job. If it was a misdemeanor and I could honestly play it off as "No, I was just there for a massage," I might survive.
The job I am hoping to secure six months from now is from my father's best friend, so again, I don't plan on touting this part of my life, nor being in it once that happens. I've had a nut case try to out me both to a former incall land lord, and to a future employer. What did I do? Password protected my site, upped my rates so no one in their right mind who has seen her cheap ass would also see me, and moved lol. Now, the bitch can't touch me and once I am secure in my new location, payback is gonna be a bitch!
l work full time in a law firm and last year i had a guy i refused to see somehow find out my real identity and where i worked and he called my office and sent my ads to the senior partner of the law firm i work in and i came very close to losing my job. i had to change my name and number and can no longer show my face in any ads.
He also knows to keep his mouth shut about it. He is the only one I trust with this hobby of ours.
We've worked together for 15 years and he is only 3 years older than I am.
When I told him about this his reply, "Hell if I was single I would do it to!"
He's always asking me if I've "seen any of my girls lately.
