In a recent trip to south America, I was checking out the local talent. Under services they would refer to a BJ as oral Americana! Which prompted this post. Is a BJ an American thing primarily enjoyed in America? When I was in France they seemed to enjoy the practice. But I thought the reference to Americana was a little strange. Anyone know the origins? Probably "Americana" if you use the drive-thru and order fries and drink with the BJ. If super-sized it would become an "Americana Grande".
