Option value doesn't have to only be about money.  It just means that you are willing to do something for someone because there is some value in what you are providing to them above and beyond your regular service.

You're a businesswoman.  If you want to retain clients, then you treat the good ones well, presumably better than the average ones.  

Financial status is incidental.  It could be any other attribute you find appealing (many do find wealth to be appealing).  

The point is, you treat certain guys better than others by giving them OTC time.  Why?  Because it's good for biz, right?  I mean, you ARE a hooker, right?  It IS about the benjamins, right?

to get the very same donation I can get from a guy who works at Home Depot. I had a 22 year old kid who only made 500 a week bring me a 100 dollar bottle of wine and chocolate covered strawberries on our very first meeting. I have spent countless OTC dinners with guys who made more money, to get nothing extra. No absolutes of course, but in my experience having less money makes one more humble and generous.

You do realize when many providers travel, that we are actually looking forward to guys we hit it off with so we can see the town right? Not every hooker approaches each date with the envelope, fk, see ya mentality. I explained it another thread, but the point is that providers want to cultivate regulars.  If that means that they give some OTC time, or they do something they don't usually do, such as CIM, then those are examples.

Or it might be just that the provider likes the guy.

But don't tell me that a provider can do this and my ATF, who IS a provider, cannot, because now she is a sugar baby.

If I spend otc I don't go into it with the conscious intent that it is to keep the guy as a regular. It might be collateral damage so to speak as in one guy was a cyclist, so am I and he invited me to a cycle event. I wanted to go. I did not think that if I go he will keep seeing me. I went because I wanted to go. If he never saw me after I was okay with that.

I think intent, conscious intent comes into play. Sometimes it's just so very innocent. Others will cultivate regulars exactly like you mentioned.  Just like you don't pay for everything you get from your atf escort, I don't think every move i make is to keep a client.

No I am not going into atf/sb territory. Your atf is an escort who does get paid and gives huge discounts etc to you. I do think she is into you more than you think..or you know and are not saying. Her generosity is extremely rare and that kind is usually exhibited buy someone who has fallen for someone else. Guys do it all the time...not unusual for a lady to become besotted with a hobbyist.
