It effects all women, including providers (who are probably subjected to more unreported abuse than civie women). It is a said commentary on our world when there needs to be a market for devices such as these.

I agree LovetoDaty .Perhaps they can have a double use and put them on the heads of rapists for shock treatments .Mental health is also something swept under the rug and quite frankly rapist most probably have some mental health issues .
