I have a question for those that go and partake in this hobby in a frequent basis.  Those who just do it on occasion can also contribute to this question.  Do you guys, after seeing a provider(s), go see a doctor to give you a check-up given the dangers inherent in this hobby just in case there are potential issues to keep an eye on?  Or it it a case where you will only see a doctor if something isn't right.

If you engage in bb, do full panel tests at least quarterly. Imo that's a good interval for full panel and then you can do basic common std tests like let's say every three to five weeks.

Going to do tests right after seeing a provider might not get the results correctly. Some stds take a while to incubate.

Also, doxypep is a good proactive thing if you're not a frequent flyer (taking antibiotics too often is not good for you and may even give you an autoimmune disease). It will give you extra protection (so to speak) against some of the more common bacterial stds.

1. Get on prep.
2. Have doxy on hand for on demand use.

To be on prep you have to test every 90 days.

Enjoy yourself unapologetically and without any sense of shame or guilt.

And do try and have a great time!

full disclosure regarding the risks of taking antibiotics as a prophylactic.  Many people don't know there is a downside to doing this.

have no symptoms is a waste of money if you end up being negative for an infection.  If you are really that paranoid about the risk, perhaps you should consider buying a sex doll where you have full control on who she is fucking.  Otherwise, infections show up in a few days, so you get the meds, put yourself on the bench for 15 days and notify anyone you have had sex within the past week that they should also get tested.  Otherwise, periodic testing as Rocket suggests for things that have a longer time period before they show up, like Herpes and HIV, should be sufficient.
