PrePaid Credit Cards that don't require SSN to activate?

I need a totally anonymous prepaid.  The green dots you buy in drug stores require social security number to activate.

I've heard there are some overseas outfits that operate in the US that don't require any ID info.

Anyone know which ones and have recommendatioms?
