Unfortunately, nothing in the article seems likely to be persuasive for the politicians, on both sides of the aisle, who voted to pass FOSTA-SESTA. While arguments about linkage to racism and anti-immigrant sentiment are certainly of intellectual interest, I'm doubtful they'll have much practical effect.
