Take a fucking shower...shave and be on time.  Bring enough of your pals Ben along and every hooker will pretend you're a "movie star" (that's for escalade)  LOL

Hit the gym because it's good for you?  The hookers don't give a rats ass what you look like.  Ask a few and they'll tell you the real story.

It is different for me if it is a work day/night or weekend.  

I do prefer to get ready at my place directly before the date at her place.

Always need a glass of wine to calm my nerves no matter how many time I have seen her. LOL

I never eat, most of the day as I did that before and ended up with "gas" going in and out of her.

My routine used to be CRAZY off the charts.....

*  Take a 20 minute warm bath to relax the muscles

*  Stretch for 10-15 minutes

*  Watch a fair amount of porn to get the "motor" running

*  Floss/brush/rinse then eat an apple (great way to clear the breath)

*  Listen to 15 minutes of white noise meditation  

*  On the car ride to the hotel/motel "chubb up" in the car.

*  Sitting in the parking lot go over MY LIST.  I would write down all the acts I wanted to do and try to memorize them.  Example (Tell her to bend over spread her ass cheeks and say stick your tongue in my mouth, etc.)

Alas, that's when I used to work from home many moons ago.  

Being in the office (having to sneak out) killed that routine.

Now I pop in a mint and show up ready 2 F---.

The only "prep-work" I do is stopping at the bank or ATM...

If I happen to be cleaned up that day for some other reason, then I guess it's that provider's lucky day...

But typically, I don't ever wash my cock off between bareback sessions with multiple girls...

Getting Myself Ready

I am well aware that if I am reasonably clean and have the Benjamins, all will go well.  Nonetheless, I do take extra time to ensure I am very clean.  I also choose clothing that makes me feel just a tad more sexy and that i feel looks nice.  This is not necessary for her, but is for me.  It is sort of pre foreplay.  Taking a dip in anticipation if you will.  It is also a sign of respect for the lady.  Respect is a mighy turn-on.

Interesting diversity of responses. I stay fit, eat clean, make sure my hygiene is impeccable, dress like I care about myself, bring a treat, and otherwise am a gentlemen. I have yet to meet a provider who doesn't care about such things.

Getting Ready For A Session!

I time myself between Sessions! For me it's about 10 to 14 days. I found that this Timeline works for me. When I see my Provider I mark it on my Calendar. This way I can figure out when I should call for my next Session. No Cialis or Viagra for me. Then there's the usual Clean Shave (at both ends) and Shower and making sure I don't need to use the restroom! I never eat anything about 12 hours before I see my Provider! So far she likes my Routine. Come on guys, your Provider does a lot for you. The least you could do is be Clean for her! Well this is the way I see things.

Prep

Eat pineapple for a few days beforehand. File nails smooth, shave and shower a just before heading out. Brush teeth, chapstick, cologne, clean clothes.
