Just ran across and can't help wondering how long before provider accounts are targeted.

Anyone have any more background?

Why would the account of a "business consultant," "fashion consultant," "cosmetics consultant," etc. attract any special attention?

It is too bad about pay pal. Guess we will have to go back to the good old days of carry lots of cash around in evelopes. Worrying about the bulge in the pocket.

AE related industries are #1 target for credit card fraud worldwide. It's a legit beef.

Hi there,

I've been hearing a lot about this topic which hasn't affected me as I have always used another form of payment. Money Gram or Western Union. Senders DO NOT have to present I.D. Therefore, any alias can be used. The only person who has to show I.D., is the receiver. But, the receiver can always use initials or a middle name etc with their last name. And, even if you screen as I do, the two can't be connected in any way. This has worked extremely well for me when I visit clients out of town as I ask for deposits. Just a suggestion. Mal :)
