You didn't need to delete the post. You posted under an alias, so the hard responses are really more for your audience of possible similar Kamikazis than you. You have already rung a bell that can't be unrung, and have obviously seen the light.
You should rewrite your post so others can benefit from your experience and the responses.
You might think about scheduling a physical.
