With providers I know well enough such that they’re honest with me on their Os, a typical session is one O on oral/FIV and one, maybe two on FS. But sometimes only one total (some come with oral/FIV and not FS, some vice-versa), or even zero on rare occasion. We still have a good time.

"Possible, but rare." We all have our examples of outliers who had no control and just kept having orgasm after orgasm, so I won't add my own experience with one of these. The number of reviews that claim this FAR exceed the actual times it has happened in my own experience. I have often included in my reviews whether the lady was able to achieve ONE (or rarely, more) orgasm(s) during our time together, or just gave me a convincing fake. I have also known a lot of guys who thought they were "one and done" who were surprised to find that not only could they have multiple orgasms, they could have multiple kinds of orgasms

There's your problem -- thinking that women are like men. They are not. Multiple orgasms are entirely possible for many women.
Yes, I've known a small handful of women in P4P who seem to actually achieve orgasm during a session. Of the 10 or so times it's happened (over many years of P4P), it was from DATY and most often DATY from the other woman I've paired her with. (There's one lady I've seen with several duo partners and she has yet to fail getting each of them to O)
At the same time, I think it's true that the majority (perhaps vast majority) of guys who claim they've brought a provider to an O are full of shit.
