Dozens of reviews are submitted daily. They are not posted in the order in which they were received. The reviews go up randomly as they are approved by multiple staff members.  There is really no way to determine which review is number 500,000 any more than there was an accurate way to determine which was number one.

your lawerly nitpicking and pettifoggering, while professionally pleasing in the appropriate places, is distinclty NOT in keeping with the spirit of my propositio, oops, stike that, my proposal.

You can't control the other factors so there is no accurate determination of the winner.  You want to give some sort of prize to an arbitrary reviewer then have at it.  This is a message board, not the review section.  You posted an opinion and I posted mine. if you don't want to be prepared for alternate viewpoints it's probably best to stay off of chat boards.  They all work pretty much the same way.
