I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)....and your moronic posts regarding charitable foundations and now hobby expenses/income are simply WRONG.

Feel free to send me your 501(c)3 FEIN and Name as I'd be quite interested in seeing what your previously filed Forms 990 look like.

At a minimum you are seeking bank fraud, wire fraud, tax fraud and evasion.

It's bad enough that some gals might actually have believed your insane ramblings.  But to bloviate about topics you clearly have NO understanding or practical knowledge on, is simply dangerous.

If you'd like I can ask some of my friends at IRS to independently review your 501(c)3 status.  I'm sure that would be entertaining.  My inbox awaits your determination letter and FEIN.

@JLS...the rules on what constitutes a "hobby" are quite clear.  None of this type of activity remotely qualifies as a hobby, to either the gals or the guys.  The gals who file returns will use Schedule C, but do so as a matter of reporting their income/s as prescribed.  Schedule C is also the Form used when a gal has created an LLC.

So I'm pulling together my financial records to send to my accountant so he can prepare my tax return, and it just occurred to me that even though I made thousands of dollars in donations to dozens of providers last year, I didn't receive a tax receipt from a single one.  How am I going to take a deduction for them now?

to any items that you donate? That can get pretty high for some.

donations to individuals aren't deductible.

You go to a provider and ask for tax receipt. I am sure all of them will be happy to help you with this and you'll make lots of appointments. xo

LMFAO I doubt that will happen. The providers will lagh at the hobbyist. I would!! And I'd tell him to get his head checked.

and would always wonder, "What did they do with my donation?"

I no longer have to wonder where my donation goes because now I contribute to the many "Women Who Get Naked" charities.

In return, I receive much more than a piece of paper indicating the fact that I have "donated".

I'm allowed to take the oil depletion allowance

anything under about $13k total per person they won't be taxed on.
