TER General Board

F*ck "No Review" policies.

I've had enough. Providers are upselling services, jacking rates, dropping menu items and generally ripping off guys right and left and laughing about it.

Why laughing about it? Because they are are getting away with it with impunity from TER and other boards, who are too fearful to push back against them.

Providers (even those with no review policies) are allowing reviews on other sites of their choosing, while hiding behind their "No review" policies to prevent reviews on other sites. Obviously, the reviews on that "other site" are useless and deceptive. There is no system of checks and balances.

So, if a provider allows a review ANYWHERE, I will feel free to review her anywhere I CHOOSE.

I will no longer accept spurious delisting or no review policies from providers. If I have to TOFFT, I'm reviewing and informing the team.

I hope other reviewers take this approach, and that TER supports us.

The balance of power and recourse for consumers must be restored.

So just maybe there are enough people who are fed up to stoke a revival of this place.
One can hope.

Great to see you standing up for your convictions -- whoever you are. The most self-defeating use of an alias I can recall.

I believe it is TER's policy to not list providers with stated No Review policies.

It's your prerogative to see, or not see providers without TER reviews.

It is TER's policy to not list providers with stated no review policies "who stand by their policies". A policy unenforced is no policy.

It's my prerogative to to see anyone I choose, and review here if the shoe fits.

Well, it is certainly you prerogative to submit a review but publication is purely in TER's hands.

BTW, where did you get that quoted material regarding the no reviews policy?

I love reviews they help the provider look established. However in my case I only get 1 out of 100 clients to write one so I just stopped asking. Perhaps reviews are not a thing anymore?

Thanks, Anna.

I hope review are less of a thing than they used to be , I don't want to see excessive numbers of reviews or manipulation by reviewers/companions.

I do care about rip-offs being called out.

Same here girl lol. No one writes anymore. Makes it harder to establish a new presence but I get it.

Spend your money on those who share their TER profiles & reviews with pride! ;-) Lots of us still out there... Simply ignore the ones who don't! ;-)

You can submit all the reviews you'd like, but if the provider has delisted then your review will be rejected.

and demonstrate the ultimate fate of the site - a review site without reviews is a dead site.

As for delisted providers, I will target a provider who has plenty of reviews at that other site - clearly showing her disdain for her own "no review" policy. Let's see if TER is willing to die because a provider is a liar.

I believe that TER is smart enough to realize that a provider who allows reviews anywhere but TER is a provider who has lied to delist and lied about a no-review policy.

BTW: Have you tried to review and had one rejected? Did you have a basis for making a review stick, even if untried/untested?

I've had several rejected over the years because the provider delisted.

You talk about lying to delist - as far as I know a provider doesn't have to provide a reason to delist so there would be nothing to lie about.

What are you referring to when you say "untried/untested"?

Only then can she ask TER to be delisted.

If you see a provider who you know is delisted but has put up her ads again, you can write a review of her just as you would of any "new" provider.  However, you should also inform TER that she is a delisted provider and include her new ads so her old profile will be resurrected instead of having a new profile.

If a provider is delisted by TER because she has a "no-review policy" in her website, TER will not allow her back unless and until she removes her no-review policy.

and just let the reviews stay up. Who cares what is written on their sites.

Agreed wholeheartedly. Why should cheaters and scаmmers get away with reviews showing they're cheaters and scаmmers,at a whim? No let the rob reviews, clear b&s reviews etc stay indinifitely.

These reviews being able to disappear at will... only aid bad actors erase traces of their wrongdoing.

No, we know to know all our "heroes" so they can be easily Google able and their pics etc cacheable.

Not even active ads. If someone can simply erase bad reviews by removing ads, why wouldn't they?

That's like removing tickets from your record because you aren't driving currently
Yeah no, that's not enough lol.

First of all, when a Hobbyist gives a review for a Provider........Sometimes, the Hobbyists gives a  bad review for several reasons. It could be because the Hobbyist wants to set the price of what he wants to pay and when the Provider says "NO" and that the hobbyist has to pay what is stated. Then the Hobbyist gets pissed off. The Hobbyist can be cheap with the Providers.

He just has to make it clear that the low grade is a result of bad monetary value.

I mean, there are tons of reviews for iPhones and stuff like that which concede they're solid products yet aren't worth their asking price and hence get lower grade. And that's fine. What's not fine is having it be bad value and hobbyist making up things about escorts looks hygiene performance chemistry etc

It would be nice to see some changes to the TER policy. The fact that both your 'no-review' threads have gotten plenty of agreeable replies, I'd have to say the consensus among us, mongers and providers alike, is that providers should not be able to hide behind a no-review status. But they are.

Addressing an item from your OP that I think deserves attention, I think we should be able to review any provider who we can prove to TER allows reviews on another site. Letting the girls cherry pick their review sites is worse that TER allowing them to not participate on TER. As Jensen said in reply to me -- on your other 'no review' thread -- TER is very like an industry association for the agencies and ladies, we're just lowly customers of their trade.

Found a lady who is delisted. Don't know why.

She has a website, ads on all the current ad malls, P411, etc..

She has 13 reviews on the "shill review site".

Her website policy is:

"..I only allow reviews to be personally submitted to me, or written on Private Delights."

Is selective delisting and review something TER intends to support?

We'll find out, because I'm gonna do her and then do the review within 30 days.

Either TER reinstates her profile and reviews, or we have our answer... the site is dead and not worth a penny more of VIP.

You starting this thread using an alias was, I thought, among the worst applications of an alias, but is now proven to be pure genius. You can do your research in secret... she'll never see you coming, only cuming. If you need a paid research assistant, well...

that you have the shittyist experience possible.

IMO there is only one other review site that is just as detailed and accurate as TER, and that's the one mostly used in the southern states.  For the most-part, If it isn't TER then I don't trust it, and if she has a no review policy, then I damn sure don't trust her.  The cost of vagina is too high to be TOFTT, not sorry.

I am trying to bring some life back to reviews on TER?

And he’s yelling using an alias with no reviews. Basically he’s (assuming it’s really a he) a grandstander with no experience anonymously trying to stir up shit. And by using an alias he deprives us from putting him on block so we don’t have to see his drivel. Embarrassing. Hope he goes away soon.

Review sites have been good for both  sides.

if a provider is one of the happy few with an established base of regulars where they can withdraw from the public eye (cf. the late, great, Sweet Baby), good for them.  That's how it was in the "old days", where getting into a provider's "practice" was only via a trusted referral.

Thanks to review sites, punters can book a provider, sight unseen, with an ask of $$ and up with confidence.
Providers can have a stream of screened, serious, safe, well-behaved punters literally lining up at their doors as much as they are willing to work.

TER does a decent enough job pulling false and malicious reviews, while letting less-than-stellar reviews from credible punters stand.

From time to time, I'll peruse the ad boards, see something that looks decent; but no reviews, no booking.
