the other night and a lady wearing a very revealing dress had several images like the ones below only they were heart shaped and on her boob.

Is this a new form of tanning? What is this?

Since the photo is now viewable, all I can say is WOW!  This chick is HOT and the images add to her sensuality.

I think he means the Playboy Bunny.  Looks like something was placed on her skin during the tanning to create the bunny image by blocking the sunlight.

That would be my guess.  I don't know how "new" this is but I think it's pretty hot. Doesn't porn star Eva Angelina have something similar?  A heart on her breast I think?

A lot of tanning salons offer stickers like that you can put on your body and get the image to stay white underneath while everything else tans around it.  Usually they are the Playboy bunny, palm tree, butterfly, lips, and others.  

The other part of her tan is an easy explanation also:  She just has a strappy type suit.  Either that or she has to put tape on her body in that pattern each time she tans.  I think the fancy suit is more the answer.
