Well, I'm not up on my nomenclature for male piercings, so I'm not exactly sure where a "jacobs ladder" piercing is located, but I have been with one fellow who had a barbell piercing on the head of Mr. Happy.

I honestly didn't think I would really fell it all that much, but WOW was I surprised! Yes, I definitely felt it, and WOW WOW WOW did it add to sensation. It was awesome actually.

I will admit though, that the barbell did get in the way when giving him oral. So on the plus side, if you get a piercing it will add to the pleasure for her - or at least it did for me - but the downside is you sacrifice your own pleasure when recieving oral.

I have an Ampallang piercing. It`s a barbell, sideways through the middle of the head.

I`ve been with some women who loved the feeling and some others who have really not enjoyed it at all. The simple solution has always been to just take it out when it`s not appreciated.

Sometimes there has been concern about the possibility of tearing the condom but I`ve found that a single drop of lube in the tip before putting it on seems cure that.
