The naughtier the better.  They don't need to be professionally taken at a studio or retouched.  The inside of a Comfort Inn room is fine - have the surroundings environmentally correct to match your encounters.  Having said that, I sometimes enjoy the occasional exhibitionist shot naked on a street corner kinda thing or nude in a car at the drive-up.  Hardcore action is always good, but it seems to be rare.  Don't blur out the face and show some ass, puss and tits.  They don't have to all be showing in the same shot, if you prefer to keep up the illusion of modesty.

Members areas can be great, if the content is special.  You should not charge your current customers for access IMHO.  This should be something that keeps them coming back.

I dislike template sites, but they can be OK if the content is decent and they are informative.  I don't like online forms to fill out.  If it starts to feel like a day at the DMV, I'm outta there.

The biggest mistake providers make is too few changes on there site.  Pictures don't update much; there just isn't much going on.

A pic attached to your add such as the above always encourages a visit to your site, especially if your post is on the NY or NJ boards!

Sites with autoplay music are pretty much instantly closed.  

If I'm in a place where I can play audio on my computer, I usually already am and the site's music clashes.  If I'm not in a place where I can play audio, then the site's music has just caused an indiscretion.  If a lady can't be discreet with her site, I have to wonder about her respect for discretion otherwise.

Either way, there is no situation where music is welcome from a provider's website.

provide a "tickler"!

Let's face it. Without places like TER and others, how would anyone find you otherwise? So a good lead-in will perk enough interest to click on your link.

Myself, I pass by the ones that are overly crude (YMMV on what that means).

Example: "My hot dripping labia is waiting for you in Verano Beach."

What keeps me returning is:

1. The promise of fresh photos. Many ladies put a lot of thought into their photo sessions and have things "in the can" for holidays, vacations, etc. Many indicate "new pics" in their ticklers.

2. The attitude conveyed via your site.

Is it "user friendly" without being overdone.

How long does it take to load.

BLARING music or something more appropriate to your general theme.

The site should be easy to load, easy to read- dark print against a light background, a simple font- some are hard to read because of light print on light background. Music is not necessary- it's sometimes annoying. Have pictures that show your natural appearance, not overly glamorized ones. There should be lots of interesting material to read about you and your personality, what you're like, how you feel about your work, whether you're genuinely out to please, what a session with you is like (without, of course being too explicit). Give people something to read and they'll enjoy the site. And regulars should have free access to a members' section as a reward for their continued support.

what someone else may have said.  A cute pic (like you used here) in a weekly ad, or just plain ol' searching reviews for a city I am traveling to.

I will return to the site if I am interested in meeting the lady to do further research.

Reasons for entering a website vary depending on how I got there. For a new provider I don't know, the most common way to end up at a website is from a good review. The review was generally found by location search. The decision to follow a link is helped by an initial pic which looks good. If a lady posts a lot in discussion forums I read and her posts  are intelligent I might look up her website. I did this with Katieladie and know that if I ever go to LA I'm looking her up no matter what.

To go back to a website more often is for review of info to decide on a visit with a lady. Pics and  more pics plus great reviews are what's needed at this point. I like face pics even if they are partially blurred out. At least I can get the idea. A well done website also has a great intro and "About Me." My 2 cents.

If the lady blogs and updates her pics, I would come back. I don't think I would pay to join her site. I would rather pay to see her.

Then again, if she did frequent photo spreads, and downloadable videos, I might join. Nice to have a memento to remember her by between dates. Photos have to be high quality and classy. Something like www.suze.net.

If a lady keeps her calendar up to date, I would check her site before scheduling a date.

I think the site needs to fairly reflect your  personality to attract and, more importantly, retain friends.  Whether you are casual and country or big city urban, have photos of yourself that show you and what kind of experience you like.  A list of acronyms seems a little clinical to me but it sends a clear message if that's all you want to convey.

In any web site, content is important.  I like a variety of photos, updated periodically, and maybe a blog of some sort.  There are probably a lot of people thinking for months about making that call or sending that email to you.  A little change here and there makes the return trips interesting.  You might also think about a yahoo group so you can send out messages.  Also, try to minimize the dead tabs; it's annoying to click on buttons that lead to blank pages.

I really dislike when a site is too 'creative' with the pictures.

Albums that 'turn the page' or have slow transitions will make me leave right away.

For the above reason, I'll often stop at a rare-escort page and not even go in.  That stupid resize crap for those pictures, often producing a picture of the same damn size of the preview, makes me want to scream.

The thumbnails that only show a piece of the picture, and make you click it to see the full image are annoying.  Hide your pictures like that and I may never find the one that pushes my button.

Just give us a decent number of pics that are easy to browse, and I'll be happy to look through a site more.
