I would guess that the main reason is that many providers believe it would hurt their individual business more than it would help to post such pictures. (and no, i am not suggesting they have ugly kitties). The ones who believe it will help their business probably do post the pictures. Either way does not bother me. I have seen enough kitties so that merely seeing does not provide me with a great thrill. Then again, I've seen women lick their lips and that still turns me on.
Most providers on TER have a much better idea of what works for them than I - and certainly you - do. They are all selling or focusing on different potential customers, from "breathing and with cash" to narrower subgroups.
