Firstly, any time in her ad when she refers to herself in the third person.
Also phrases like catering to 'discerning gentlemen' or 'the elite upper echelons of society'. I thoroughly enjoy the higher end of the provider spectrum, but I would never see anyone who used language like that.
Guys are there words in an ad that make you say, "no thanks"? I ask because I found myself looking through ads, but I hit a "buzz" word, or in my case, a buzz killer, that stopped me reading. So what words are deal breakers for you. Please remember that people may have different opinions than you and that does not mean they are wrong, nor does it mean you have a reason to show them the errors of their ways ...
Take TER ads for example, if I see the words Phat, MILF, big booty, Mature, Goddess, or a host of other words in the subject line, I rarely if ever even open the ad to see what is inside.
I'm reluctant to start yesterday's argument again, but the one word that did it for me today was "bush". Still not a fan, and yes, I have tried it several times.

... sounds "gangsta" or "ghetto"... I'm moving onto the next ad.
I can also add... misspelled words... not just one or two... but throughout the whole freaking ad!
One more thing... stop doing this shit... gr33k, s4l4d, 7eight5 and so on!! Yes, those were found in TER ads.

Just a clever subject line, an accurate, alluring photo or collage, and availability details if needed. I don't like wading through several paragraphs.
The one buzz word or phrase that will get me out of ad ad real fast us anything alluding to bbfs. Also an emphasis on BDSM turns me off, as I'm not into that.
Put your effing city into your post. I saw one today for a provider offering services at her downtown location in the Carolinas. Which downtown? Raleigh? Columbia? Greenville? Greensboro? Charlotte? (Well that one could be uptown). Charlestown?
Is that concept really so hard? And it wasn't readily apparent on her site either.
