Things that would take more prep, clean up, accessories, planning, mental/physical effort, etc. Think pegging, a full hour or spanking/ ball busting, using a ton of toys...things that a provider has to bring/clean/order. Being a fetish provider is super fun but sessions can get messy and emotionally/mentally draining.
But don't charge extra. But the extra fee is for all the extra prep work that can go into preparing for it. And yes if I have a foot session than I have to go out 24 hours in advance and get a pedicure and possibly shoes and hosiery. Js. Alot of behind the scenes clients never see or think about.
