I am relatively new to this hobby and have enjoyed reading many of the posts and reviews here. I am curious about all of the references to how bad Phoenix is but haven't seen any explanations. Are there more scams here? LE more of a problem?
Phoenix seems to be the countries top rank home of rip-offs and cash and dash specialists. Although San Diego seems to run a close second. Just make sure you use well reviewed ladies in either city and you should be fine.
I was just on the PHX board here in TER (planning on a tour there) and there is like Michael says top rank rip-offs and HUGE LE problem there. Check out this gentlemans web site, you can get the underground reviews of the PHX ladies.
LE in Phoenix is not nearly as bad as Dave and his followers make it out to be. Yes, they are active, but LE is active against the biz in every city. If you don't screen, you are asking to get busted. Really, LE is much worse in other cities, like Chicago. LE is busy with the many, many BS agencies in Phoenix anyway, which are very easy to pop, BTW. They don't screen at all, and the escorts have to promise you the moon and stars to make any money at all. SOOO easy to pop them in a sting.

Dpete, It really is not as bad as it sounds, compared to other larger cities. The main thing is do your homework. The risk to the provider is very high. I frequently hear of the busts and conviction carries a 5 day mandatory jail term for the provider and 15 yes 15 day manditory jail term for a customer caught in a sting.
