pills wherever you want but go see a real doctor and make sure the MEDICINE that you are about to put in your body is safe for you.
Putting any DRUG in your system without a Doctor's supervision is just plain nuts...especially drugs with such devastating potential side-effects...ie: heart attack, blindness, priapism...to name a few.
They are not "magic pills". Viagra and all ED drugs are serious medication that should be prescribed by a doctor after a thorough physical. ED can be a symptom of a variety of physical conditions that all require medical attention. High blood pressure, diabetes and heart disease just to name a few.

On a recent vacation, I stopped in a local Pharmacy, and they pretty much had everything you could want, on the shelf, in original manufacturer's packaging (or so it appeared) available without an Rx.
I've been around here for a while, so I knew I'd get a few safety lectures. I've always found that humorous - that people who frequent a board designed for people who have promiscuous sex with multiple partners would caution others about the risks they take. The general attitude seems to be "the risks I take are calculated, and none of your business - the risks YOU take are just stupid".
I guess it's human nature. Let's face it, anybody driving slower than me on the road is a jackass, and anybody driving faster is a maniac, right?
For my part, I've been in the medical field for 25 years. I know what's happening to my body, and I have no interest in discussing it with my doctor or my colleagues. I understand that there are risks in taking ANY medication - did you kow that there are over 500 deaths a year from Tylenol overdose? - so I CHOOSE to take the risk, and intend to do it carefully.
Do you believe that getting a doctor's permission to take a drug makes it safe? Do you believe that a doctor's prescription made fen-fen safe? Doctors over the years have prescribed tobacco, cocaine, and dilaudid as everyday remedies for minor ailments. The only thing you get from a doctor's prescription is the address of the person to sue if something goes wrong.
Well OK Clarence, knock yourself out but just two things you may want to consider... just as food for thought of course.
#1. Most providers will see a normally healthy guy who has pumped his dick up with Viagra only once. No one likes to be hammered like that no matter how many reviews you read from guys who claim the lady loved it. I've heard enough horror stories from favs telling me about the "guy who just left and will never be back".
#2 I can get my Viagra, with prescription, for about forty dollars less per ten 100mg tablets than the the price was in link that was posted here.

I've used these guys with no trouble, other than the high prices. They are in Utah. At the time, they were the only U.S. based outfit I could find. There seem to be others now.
I've only used cialis. I was drawn to it because of it's longer half life. For me, the peak effect seems to be from 8 to 12 hours. I do ocassionaly notice slight joint pain the following day.
None of that is the point. The point is that any and all drugs carry risk even when you are healthy enough to take them. IF you’re in the health field then you know that you need to know if your body is at greater risk do to health issues even you may not know of. As far as the rest of us taking risk ….. Please due speak only for your self.
I get Viagra Rx from my MD due to a spinal cord injury. I prefer it since the pills can be cut down, since the cost is about the same. (I get 100 mg & cut them into 4.) A bigger dose does not make it work better, at least not for me.
A provider pointed me to info that describes a study that V delays O, at least in the PE study group. That being the case, I use the smallest dose that is effective. I'm usually one & done but we both enjoy the journey. My Favs seem very happy to continue to see me.
