Anatomy / Upholstery question

What's that round pink pillow at the top of the couch supposed to be!?!  Never seen one of those, never bothered to look for it.

Hmmm, I wonder if some of those moans and screams from my female companions over the years weren't so real after all.

Anyone help a brother out?



PS That couch could have starred in a couple of my early puberty nightmares!
