PayPal scam email.

but I doubt that any of them were "his fault"

That's what happens to people who try to teach when they should still be learning. "Know it alls" are the easiest people to scam, they are usually too arrogant to think it could ever happen to them, and even afterwards they blame what happened on someone else.

I received an email at my Courtney Ova email asking me to log into PayPal through their link. My first read through I panicked and wondered how they figured out who I was... I then read it again and there were a bunch of misspellings.

Obviously, I didn't sign in, but some people may forget what email they're in and click it. Just be careful.

Paypal links will always begin with https://www.paypal.com. Anything other than this link is bogus. This Paypal scam has been around for years and they are mining all anonymous email addresses such as those on yahoo and gmail.

Not sure who's sending them, but if they could get their grammar squared away and figure out how to use spell check those messages would be a lot more effective!

not enough common sense to check the link you are clicking on let alone realize that the url you logged into wasn't paypal at all. it's not paypal's fault you were robbed, it's your fault for being so gullible.

If you hover your mouse over a link, the bottom of the screen will say which website the link really goes to.

If I get an email asking me to log into any account I never do it from the email. Always open a new tab or window in a browser and go to the site yourself, then log in.

Not sure if its fixed yet, but a similar scam can go on with the ad links at the top of searches in google, yahoo, etc.  The ad would allow the advertiser to type what looked like a link http:\\www.blah.com, but the real link it took you to was different. So stick with the organic search results and avoid the ad links if possible.

"Maybe this would actually work if it didn't sound like you were from some foreign country w broken English!" But then I thought, hmmm.. Maybe that'll make them successful! Lol

More than a few providers have told me that they were victimized by PayPal because they used it for escorting and had their funds expropriated or frozen.  PayPal preys on them knowing that they will not file any suit on account of it being illegal activity.  Apparently PayPal's TOS allow them to do this.

Western Union, by the way, is even worse.

Stick to Green Dot.  I've never heard any complaints about them.

For giggles I put the curser over the from & it's never anybody I know.  I think a lot of "tracking cookies" are mining for hackers & scammers.  I've begun using most private browser mode & have cut my spam by 90% or more.  Hate those Bastards.

Especially for women,  cuz paypal requires you to use real name.

They freeze money whenever they want. PayPal even put my biz account on restriction at one point when I haven't done anything fraudulent or used it for hobby.

Several girls have told me they will never use PayPal again after experiencing what you said or when client reversed payment "accidentally".

It also reveals real name.  Unless the amount is small,  it's not worth it.  Plenty of other ways to pay.

That's too bad to hear that GD has begun to act like a jerk.  Many gals I know use it and swear by it.

They closed my account just for depositing a GD card and then withdrawing through my bank. Retarded.

I don't have the foggiest clue how it does it but it's supposedly private and can send receive payments anonymously.

PayPal does not want prostitution money passing through their hands any more then they want drug dealers using their services. Did you forget that prostitution is illegal?

Only an idiot would use them for payment in either direction anyhow considering the other risks such as several branches of the government getting the skinny.

after all we know one pussy is worth a thousand dicks, so the Pussy should be the preferred hobby currency, with dicks simply being worthless small change lol

It might become one, but right now is too unstable for me to consider it legit.  One vendor gets hacked that the value of everyone's bitcoins takes a nosedive?  That's too unstable to be considered legit.

We need a special currency to hobby with.  Dickcoins?   Pussypennies? Probably should be PussyFranklins...

So you just left thousands in an account you hadn't checked for months? Priceless

I can't go into detail but it was paypals fault. This also happened a long time ago. I've never seen the scam she's talking about just referencing my bad experience.

had her PayPal hacked.  Silly twit had it linked to her bank account & overdrew the bank...  now she's arguing with both to get it straightened out.  I do not trust PP at all.

Gambler, could the $500 dollar bill be considered the golden kitty or currency?  Also if you had to design the bill, would you a picture of a president winking at a woman's vagina with a dollar sign on it?  Or better yet could it be you if you were an owner of a Las Vegas brothel?

It's a stolen server or multiple servers that were taken over by criminal organizations in countries that are well known for these types of scams. Which explains why the English is so bad, lol.

It's not just Paypal, you'll get emails that look like they're coming from your own bank and I've seen some where the English is excellent. The telltale sign is always checking the real URL with the mouse hover, sure as shit it'll always point somewhere else than your real bank's URL.
