I aim to give complete and satisfying service to all gentlemen I entertain and keeping this in mind, everything can not be done in a 1 hour date.  Things I need a little clairfication on:

1) Should showering afterwards be included in the 1hr date?

2) Should we mention in our websites that one hour dates are very limiting?

3) Should we ask via email if you are interested in anything specific (ie. multiple pops, bbbjtc, greek, fetishes)?

4) If yes to anything in #3, do you feel you should upgrade to 2hrs or more? If not, why?

I personally include showering in the specific appointment time  because timing and schedules are sometimes limited but i'm clueless when you give me a low "review" rating because you expected a few things you didn't allow time for then write "ymmv" as if we purposely targeted you out.  Any imput would be appreciated!

I have only done (4) one-hour dates, and do not care for them at all. It's different if it's a repeat or a regular and they just have time for the 'lunch' hour or the 'before hitting rush hour' and serving up a quickie is really fun for those clients.

But, normally, on first dates, I much prefer a minimum of two hours. Certainly, you know your business, your preferences, your schedule and the schedules of your clients. If it seems that the one hour dates don't quite do it, then I'd make some changes on your website such as a 90 minute minimum, for an attractive rate, and mention that it makes the time so much better, as it does! (#2)

I'm not a clockwatcher, and while that doesn't mean someone can take advantage of that, I'm saying, I have a set idea of where I'd like to 'go' with my client, and usually my time's not 'up' until we get there! BUT, my schedule allows for that. If the shower time puts him at an hour and ten minutes, that's ok, right? He certainly shouldn't be in the shower at 50 minutes. Here's a motto I like to operate my businesses on: "underpromise, and over-deliver" - and you'll always have happy customers.

(#3) NO WAY, BABY! Do NOT state in an email or phone conversation anything you know to be presently considered illegal: money, and sexual acts. You'll know what he wants when he gets there. If he's made the appt. he's presumably read your profile and reviews.

(#4) If you have Greek on your menu, then prepare to offer it, in the event he requests it. I don't know how you ladies do it, as it takes real body preparation (colon cleansing, etc.)

It sounds to me like you should just go with the 90 minute minimum, particularly with new clients and I think that might solve your concerns. That extra 30 minutes could be 5 or 10 in the shower, 10 in the 'getting to know you' time, and 10 minutes you might need for extra prep for certain menu items.

  The only thing is that I always prepare ahead of time *wink*. Like Sedona I do one hour dates open for those gentlemen that I already know in case they can't get away but, the thing is that most want to spend more time once they get to know me.
I also alway offer my guys a bath given by me. I think it's much more fun and definitely part of the session. I know I love to be bathed and pampered, why wouldn't the guys?
  I'm not a real stickler for time so, it doesn't matter of we go over 10 or 15 min but, I prefer to take my time really getting to know a gentleman intimately. As far as I'm concerned an hour is a quickie and just doesn't give me enough time to allow my true talents to shine.

No.  A shower should be offered both before and afterwards, but should not count against our paid time.  Obviously it costs you the extra time, but it's a customer service thing.  Charge a little more as a base price, if you need to.  Personally, I prefer to pay a higher basic price, and have extras included, rather than feel like I am being nickled and dimed and rushed out.  This is all about how the session feels as a whole.  Unless you are scheduling multiple appointments one right after the other, you probably have room on either side of the appointment to let us shower and it will give us a better impression of you.  Make us more likely to come back.


2) Should we mention in our websites that one hour dates are very limiting?

No.  We know that they are, and it depends on each person.  Some people can perform 3 times in an hour.  I need 1:30 for a 2 performance session.  I would recommend not saying that hour sessions are limited, but indicate a preference for longer sessions and offer a price break on them.  ie.  If you charge $300 for an hour, offer $350 or $400 for 1.5 and $450 or $500 for 2.

3) Should we ask via email if you are interested in anything specific (ie. multiple pops, bbbjtc, greek, fetishes)?

Obviously, this is a touchy issue.  Many providers don't want anything explicit discussed via e-mail, especially with new customers.  But, yes, the more you know about what we want, the better prepared you can be, and therefore the better the session will be.  


4) If yes to anything in #3, do you feel you should upgrade to 2hrs or more? If not, why?

Not a requirement.  Like I said, some people do things at a different rate.  My experience (limited though it may be) is that I pop twice in an hour and a half. An extra half hour would be wasted on me.  But perhaps some items to require a minumum amount of time.  I don't know.  BBBJTC and Greek don't seem like big time adders.  But some fetishes might.  If you find certain activities always make you run over the hour, then definitely, you can say "I only offer these certain activities in extended sessions..."

I really don't do one hour dates myself.  I'm more inclined to do dinner with play before and after.  But, I also feel that the ladies time is her time.  Her fee for an hour is for an hour not and hour and two showers.  If you must book an hour I would expect to show up showered and squeeky clean and leave however you like, but the shower is on the client not the provider.

My $.02

YMMV means really two things. All reviews are subjective by nature so one man's fantasy is another man's 'left much to be desired'. There are two people involved in any encounter so sometimes an encounter that does not go quite as well as anticipated can be largely attributed to one of the people in the equation and sometimes the other. Also, sometimes it might be a factor outside of either person like time constraints or other general difficulties that can occur.

If someone gives you a low performance review and also puts YMMV, to me that is an acknowledgement that, while the reviewer did not have as good a time as he might have liked, there is inherent quaility in the escort that would allow a different hobbyist to garner a much more enjoyable experience with her. Or, if you will, the reviewer is taking a significant part of the 'blame". Otherwise the reviewer would just cover the experience and let it stand on its own.

To your questions:

1) Showers - If the appointment time is 1 hour then any showers, before or after, should be available but take place within the hour contracted for.

2) Website - I have seen several websites that say something to the effect of '2 hour appointments preferred' or the like. It is patently obvious that a 2 hour session is prefferable to 1 in pretty much all aspects, but this in no way influences my decision to have 1 hour dates because I, and I am sure quite a large percentage of other hobbyists, have monetary constraints that make it a burden to schedule multi-hour dates. I.E. can't afford it. So I, we, have to make do with what we can afford. This should however be taken into account by the reviewer and  not reflect negatively on the escort.

3) Email - If you set up your dates by email then by all means clearly communicate what is expected and preferred. (Before posting this I checked back on the boards where Sedona had the opposite opinion on this issue due to LE concerns. I yield to  her better judgement.)

4) Upgrade - Sorry in most cases no for the reason specified in #2. The hobbyists who can afford more time seem to schedule it up front judging by the 3 hour 2$$$ sessions I have seen that  boggle my little brain. I mean for that kind of $ I would have had 6 one hour encounters that kept me smiling over the course  of 3 weeks to a month with money left over for a couple of nice tips for excellent times rather than just that 1 encounter.   That is the thinking of many hobbyists I am sure so anticipate it.

Have you thought of putting up several "clones" of yourself with different profiles?  I don't know the specifics of how TER works with ladies (so this may not be possible), but could you have  CG1, CG2, CG3, ... identities with different profiles, prices, and play rules?  A client could pick the "clone" he wanted to see and most clients would be smart enough to understand what you were doing.  Call yourself "clone girl" and have TER links to you clone specific reviews as well as links to your clone sisters.  CTTOI, I'm sure you can come up with a better name than clone girl...Harry

I think that your questions are timely, at least for me. I am fairly new to the hobby and I have read many reviews and some of the providers seem to work it in ( a shower) instead of a second pop, however while in the shower, both parties avail themselves of each other and sometimes a second pop occurs for each.
I believe that the specifics should be addressed by both parties BEFORE the appt.
It's only fair that the provider know beforehand what the client expects in a one hour appt. If an early popper i.e. one who cums in 15 minutes, then certainly something can be worked out.
If a hobbyist ( I hate that term ) would like to spend more time DATY then the provider should know.
Also, the provider should let the client know if she expects him to be freshly shaved, (face and balls) etc.
To sum it up CG YOU ARE A THINKING LADY.

Your #3 is well-taken. I didn't think of that.

I am not saying that the showers definitely should be extra time, and anyone who doesn't do that is wrong.  It's just a different business philosophy.

Like  a restaurant that gives you the tiny little soda bottles and charges $5 for each one verses a restaurant that gives free refills.  

The first restaurant is completely within it's right to charge me for each soda, but I prefer the atmosphere of the 2nd restaurant, and am more likely to go back there, even if the food is a little more expensive.

I think many people feel like I do.  It's why so many reviews speak fondly of girls who aren't clock watchers.  It's the little extras like that that make a customer feel special, and want to repeat.

I always ask a gentleman if he would like to use the shower ahead of time (Him being clean makes my time with him much more enjoyable. Maybe he was unable to get to a shower before the appointment, some guy's leave straight from work.) I also always offer them a shower after our encounter......Most guys I see have a S.O and believe me women can pick up on another womens scent, so they are smart to take a shower after.

About 15% of the guys take a shower before. 35% take a shower after and about 5% take one before and after. Guys usually take very quick showers....so I really don't count that as the time we are together. If an encounter runs a little bit over the hour I don't stress......but I also give myself plenty of time between appointments so that its not a problem. *Most* guys are very considerate of my time and I appreciate that. If I feel someone is taking advantage of my kindness then I certainly don't have a problem saying so.

I too think a 1 hour encounter is very limited and enjoy sharing at least 2 hours, that is why I offer a discounted rate for longer meetings. Most guys have a limited schedule and an hour is all they can sneak out for....so I'm sure they are aware of how quickly an hour flies bye.

No-way would I ask what they were specifically interested in. Any guy that emails me request's like that are definitely ignored and deleted.

It all comes down to your own comfort level and finding what works best for you.

I tend to agree with Waterclone. A shower should be an option for the gentleman outside of the hour appointment. While I concur that the gentleman should be freshly showered and clean upon arrival whenever possible, I can envision situations where a guy might be coming directly from work or returning to his office or home (wife, SO, etc.) where a shower is an absolute necessity. Think most of us know that 1 hour is not a lot of time, but I feel that most of us know what we are interested in and can get to it within that time frame. Certainly the more time available perhaps the greater the "range" of activities that one might explore in any given meeting. Getting into specifics beforehand is very tricky. While I wish it were not so (it would make that first meeting a lot easier for both parties), I think the only way to approach this is for the provider to be fully prepared beforehand. If you are offering BBJ, toys, greek, etc., then you should be ready to offer it if requested during the session. The only exception that I can see here is if the guy is interested in something that is going to require some special set up time or props. Then somehow that needs to be communicated beforehand.

There are 2 basic shower possibilities.

1.  The shower before the session, or the pre-shower.

2.  The shower after the session, or the post-shower.

The pre-shower is for the benefit of the provider.  Her time will be more pleasant if we shower.  Guys will be more inclined to shower before if it's not going to go against their time.  So the provider needs to decide which is more important to her?  Would you be willing to give up an extra 5 or 10 minutes of your time for us to shower before hand?  Or would you rather not give up the time and take us as we are.  (Which may or may not be in desperate need of a shower.  Personally, even though I work a desk job, and don't think I stink by the end of the day, I'd rather make the encounter as pleasant as possible for the provider, and am completely happy to pre-shower.

The post-shower is for the benefit of the hobbyist.  Not an issue for the single hobbyist, but for the majority of us, we need that shower to avoid getting in trouble.  I don't like to take more risks than necessary, so I won't see a provider if a post-shower isn't available.  So, there is the fear of running out of time and being evicted, as it were, in a state where you are more likely to be caught.

I guess it comes down to this.  Do I think all providers must allow clients to shower, off the clock?  Of course not.  But it will make a difference in who I decide to see.

After reading this and rereading this I believe we are using the term "YMMV" incorrectly ... I have always used the term when I benefit in a way from a provider that is different than the norm in her profile ... If her profile states that she doesn't DFK and her reviews back this up, but when we are together she's caressing my tonsils, then I will post a "YMMV" to cover my ass in a sense.  If your date wants to do something that is in your profile and you don't do that with him (but you may with others) just not with him for some reason then I can see him posting a "YMMV". It appears that your main issues are one of time (1 hour vs 2), if he justs runs out of time before he tastes all that you offer then it is poor time management on his part.

I have run across men who believe that because they are sitting at a desk all day they do not smell. This is not true. No matter what you do for a living it only takes a few hours or less before you smell in the areas down below. You still sweat and yes the butt crack thing. When we ladies are down there we can still smell that too. It sweats if you have been sitting all day and needs to be washed. Harder to give a BJ when you have to hold your breath ya know? LOL

There are things listed in my profile which I absolutely cannot engage in for one hour dates because of the required preparations. If i'm asked for it in a 1hr date, I say I only engage in dates of 2hrs or longer. Well, it didn't sit well with him and I was given a lower rating and the review specifically mentioned "ymmv" afterwards.

I remember reading a review by a guy that went to see a lady from a top agency in L.A. , for $$$$$/hr, and he, being nervous, FOLLOWED HER LEAD for how the session would go.  They ended up talking for  half of the hour, and he was thinking the whole time "when is  everything going to start".  She finally got undressed, and they commenced the festivities and ran out of time.  He felt gypped.  (couldn't find the review again-sorry).

We pay for the time,  but you ladies essentially control how we progress through that time.  Or at least, when the "chat" time ends and the festivities begin.  Is that ambiguousness what I contracted for?  Chat time is also a benefit for you to make sure that I am not LE.

Hey, are we allowed to arrive and just command you: "Get nekkid!, and then I want you to immediately do this and then that.  And hurry up!  I've got a schedule to keep".  Not very romantic, Not what I would like to do, but from a consumer standpoint would pack a lot into that hour.

I can take a cruise on a ship for a week with full meals and entertainment for what a 2 hour appointment costs.  I think you could begrudge us a shower.  

Who is the shower gonna benefit? Her right? Well I'm sorry to say but not all men arrive clean (even knowing that they have an intimate appointment......they should take the time to be clean and neat before hand if at all possible) "or" willing to take a shower there if they were unable to before the encounter.

Some men are not to picky about their hygiene.....so they do not even want to shower at the meeting. So if you don't shower one way or the other who will it benefit......certainly not you. I'm sorry to say but if someone is not clean they will not have the best meeting they could of had if they taken a few minutes to clean themselves. So I believe it definitely benefits the guy if he takes a shower just as much as the women.

"Chat time is also a benefit for you to make sure that I'm not LE"  Wrong.......Before I meet ANY friend he is thoroughly verified. Therefore if I have any unsettling feelings that he may be LE, I simply do not meet.

Chat time is a nice way to get to know the person a little bit, break the ice and it's nice to talk for a few minutes....A women will usually take the guys lead. We are not mind readers and have no idea how you would like to spend the hour (or more).....some guys enjoy the company and spend a big part of their time chatting(I know hard to believe)and some want a full hour of a thorough workout. Don't be afraid to take the lead ....it is your time. If you are on the shy side and don't know how to take the lead....let the women know before meeting that you are shy and I'm sure she will take over from there.

I am sure that not all men arrive clean.  Many of us probably come straight from work, where a shower is not an option.  But with the rates being what they are, a 5 or 10 minute shower can cost a lot of money.  

If the client has a little BO, he's probably not going to notice it, and depending on what kind of client it is, he might not really care if the provider is enjoying herself, or uncomfortable.  Even if he does care, a shower on paid time could cost up to $100.  He might not care that much.

If it doesn't cost him anything, then the client is more likely to be willing to shower, which might make the session better for the provider.

Personally, I follow the providers lead.  If she offers a shower, I take it.  If she doesn't bring it up, and I don't think about it, I might not bring it up myself.  I always try to book 1:30, in which case a 5 minute shower on both ends doesn't really interfere with the session.

But, as I said before, on general principal, I am more likely to see a provider who offers the added service of recognizing that I am paying a lot of money, and is generous with her time as a result.

No offense, but unless you are booking back to back clients, allowing a free shower before and after is only going to cost you a little of your time.

And I know, we aren't paying for the sex.  We are paying for your time.  But still, the extra time while we shower isn't exactly the same kind of time for you as the time between showers.   For as much money as we are paying for such a short period of time, you can afford to be a little generous.

It seems that whining about reviews have reached epidemic proportions.  

It seems like most ladies claim to be GFE these days but of course not all of them are GFE.

Some ladies like to multi hour appointments because they actually have a plan to provide a GFE.  Others like to have you book a 2 hour appointment because they plan to talk for the first hour or more and give you what you would have gotten in a 1 hour appointment in the second hour.  It is an easy way for them to make extra money without the wear and tear.  So yes sillyrabbit if you expect to get value with some ladies you may have to tell her to get naked and let's get it on.

I find it interesting that this thread seems to be dealing with whether a 5 minute shower should be on the clock or not.  It sounds like some low volume providers are booking appointments back to back.
