If you really want bbfs at a low cost, go to Thailand where the majority of all the sessions are bbfs. Most of the hobbyists are British, Australian and Japanese. Some of the guys stay there to hobby for weeks. These married hobbyist tell their wives they are on extended business trips.

I have a few regulars in Tijuana that provide me with bbfs since I hobbied with them many times. Many of the street girls in Tijuana will provide this service for low cost to you ($35). However, I would rather spend more money and have bbfs with a disease-free, drug-free lady that values her life. The girls in Mexico are routinely tested for HIV since the hobby is legal and girl's must possess a health card upon inspection.
