Been a hobbyist for a while and encountered this passionandcharm/blank website for a provider who said she didn't set up the website... Since then I've seen a few more... Not a big deal just curious if anyone provider or hobbyist has experience with this...

Usually a bait and switch operation, or else they extort the provider to pay for advertising because she is missing out on customers.

There are legit providers that are on that site. One that I know of but never seen has great reviews here on TER.

Was not whether there are legit providers on the site, but whether or not the providers had given their CONSENT to be advertised there.

They're created for one reason, to make $. Consent is normally not given on scraper sites. Google it and you can read more.  

It's the website. They just pull info off the Internet (other websites and ads) and create provider websites. Some providers are ok with it. Many are not. It appears to be their personal website but they have no control over it. have no control over it.
