Partial Pic Loads?

Anybody else experience this?  Doesn't happen all the time but occasionally the pic links in TER posts (e.g, ad board posts) don't fully load for me.  I'll get some portion of the top of the pic in the browser and the rest doesn't load, even with page reloads.  XP SP3 + Firefox 3.6.23.
