I have been repeatedly threatened with spankings from my gentleman friends when I mention I will consider implants at 40 if my boobs are saggy.

In general though, I am a MUCH bigger fan of natural over implants, and the breasts I am attracted to almost always run in the A-C range. After that, the shape almost always starts looking "saggy" to me (with some exceptions), even if it's a younger woman. Regardless, the size/shape ultimately has got to all got to fit with the rest of the girl, you know?

As for the OP, it sounds like breasts are fairly important to you, and regardless of the flack you're getting, I think we all have our personal "deal breakers." I'd suggest either PMing gents who have seen the ladies you are interested in, or else seeking out ladies who reveal their breasts either on their website or the occasional board post. Of course, I have no idea as to how exactly you personally qualify the statement "or not there at all" (ie-what your size "minimum" preferences are), but if you are looking for a lady with "perfect" natural D's or larger over mid thirties, I would suggest being realistic in that the odds are against you.

I'm not so much worried about breast cancer as other problems. (Please see detailed footnotes.)

Implants seem to have no significant impact on ultimate breast cancer mortality. (1)

But women who get implants have double or even triple the risks of brain and respiratory cancers; even when correcting for lifestyle factors. Nobody knows if this is caused by the implants themselves, or from other lifestyle factors in common with those who decide to get implants. (2)

Women who choose to get implants are also at substantially higher risk for death by suicide. In fact, they are 4 to 5 times more likely to die from suicide than their non-implanted peers.(3) That is pretty serious.

I sincerely doubt that implants actually CAUSE successful suicides. I have other theories about the linkage I won't discuss here.

But the correlation is high enough to be of concern.

For these reasons, I would not recommend or urge a woman I cared about personally to get breast implants. Even though I am not at all certain that implants are a direct causative factor; it would seem to me that I would be happier with a woman with saggy breasts than someone who had committed suicide or gotten brain cancer.

But, then again, I'm not really a "boob man." They just aren't that important to me.
