1. find the URL for your picture -- as in http://www.SingletonForPresident.com/Bucky.jpg
it has to be on the web somewhere, NOT on your computer (unless your PC itself is a server). if you don't know the URL for a picture on a webpage, right-click on it (i'm assuming you're using Microsoft's inferior browser like 85% of the population!) anyway then select Properties (scroll down the pop-up menu to this) and simply copy the URL text (highlight it with your mouse with a left-click-and-drag and then copy it with right-click-Copy). it's now in your cut-n-paste buffer ready to be pasted elsewhere (like in messages or email)
2. in your TER posts, below the Message text box, you'll see 3 text boxes (Link URL, Link Title, Picture URL) just paste it into the Picture URL one with right-click-Paste (make sure you erase the "http://" that's already in there as it's already redundant)
(*) sometimes depending on the website you swiped your picture from it may not show up in your posts. especially if their webmaster has put up server traffic monitors to thwart "theft" (yeah right!) basically to stop folks like you from linking to and stealing their precious content (god forbid) ... my advice: stay away from commercial/corporate websites (the greedy bastards, i mean! 
(*) this procedure is not just for images but for ANYTHING that has a URL address (any hyperlink on the net). this way you can provide links to other websites, images, soundfiles, movies and whatnot in your TER posts. or alternatively you can put these links into one of those other two boxes i mentioned above (Link URL) then put any descriptive text or title that you want in the corresponding text box (Link Text)
