Over communication can be annoying

I would be careful not to over communicate but I guess it is up to you and your comfort level.

I have stopped booking 2 weeks out for that very reason. I have been let down to many times.
I understand, travelers need to see if they have interest in an area.  

I book usually for early evening a few days out when I know there general area.
My next communication is the day of around noon to confirm our date, location and  #s via text.
My last is getting the room # from the parking lot.  

well, I usually send another Thank you text when I get back to my vehicle for her fucking me silly.

As a Hobbyist, I rely heavily on confirmations of my appts.  usually just before the provider arrives in town the day/night before, and the morning of.
I have had my fair share of NCNS even after confirming and have also had to cancel....It's proper for both the hobbyist and provider to be in contact and on the same page for each other's mutual benefit.
That being said.... if you set an apt, say two weeks out, then about a week before..... you realize you need some clarifications IE: incall/outcall, date/time, general location, etc...... and the other party fails to reply......... it would be safe to assume the apt is not confirmed?
Would it then be appropriate for the party, who did not reply, to contact the first person, who wanted clarification and heard nothing, and accuse them of standing them with a NCNS?

No confirmation with in 24hrs of requested date = no date. Even if both parties agreed on a date prior.

I would call it a final confirmation.

How else can you find out where she is staying?

I confirm appointments within 24 hours and check in again when they (or I) are on the way.  

No communication from the other party for 2 weeks is NOT a confirmed appointment and a good reason to consider such appointment cancelled.

Communication is key for both provider as well as the gent.
I always confirm with a gent who books an appt few days leading up to appt date as well as the day of appt.
There are some gents who will book a week to a few months in advance if the booking is further than a week notice I have usually traded a few emails up until appt date.
The scenario you described you book 2 weeks in advance a week before you need clarification and you receive no answer.Did you attempt to try to contact her again by other means of communication such as phone call,pm,text,or email?If so and you never received a response to your clarification email I would think there is no confirmed appt.

I know emails can get lost in spam,never received,etc. but if you reached out by multiple means of communication and never heard back can't really be NCNS.
There was no clarification you have no idea if you are coming to her,is she coming to you?,time,location,etc.
Bottom line if the provider or gent or both do not know even the basics:time,location,incall/outcall there is no confirmed appt.

and Toews sat the entire 3rd period....he'll probably play, but hopefully Berrgeron is ok.....that spleen stuff is scary.
Plus it'll be great to see tonights game do the triple OT, again.....with the Fat Lady singing Chelsea Dagger.

I will not provide the incall location until then, and I want to actually SPEAK to the guy before meeting him. If I don't get that phone call, we are not meeting. I am not going to chase clients around begging them to see me...that simple. No confirmation, no date. If our date is at 3 and he has the nerve to wait until 20 til to confirm, ooops...too bad, so sad. Moving on.
