Outcall Protocol

Here's an issue that has been bothering me and perhaps some of you more experienced guys have a suggestion or two. I've reserved motel rooms to see providers offering Outcall and am always bothered by having to return to the motel the next day, usually before 11 AM, to "checkout." Being married, it's not always easy to explain where I'm going and frankly, it's a bit of a pain. Any good suggestions on how to avoid having to do this?

UM.... you can check out anytime you like, it doesn't have to be the next day. If you are paying by CC you don't actually have to check out at all unless you want a copy of your bill. They will charge your room to the CC on file. If you are paying cash then you do need to do that at the desk.
Trust me, they don't care what you were doing in the room or where you are going.  They just want their money. As long as you or your "date" don't cause any drama the hotel just views you as another happy customer.

I've had several daytime appointments where I checked in during the late morning, had my appointment and then left after the appointment.  They just charge your credit card, and you don't have to go through the process of checking out.

...If you're married, it's probably not a good idea to be charging the motel room on a credit card.

is clean up the room, leave the keys in the room. No need to checkout, this way you have the privacy to come and go as you wish.

anyone else a key, you can leave after the appointment and not come back.

I got a very nice room one time and after my appointment with the provider asked if she could continue to use the room. I had to tell her no because the room was under my name and I had no way to monitor or know if she would leave the next morning.

I don't think she would have been dishonest but I couldn't take the chance.
