Out of the hospital

Okay TER, I have a beef with you!

I posted three or four days ago, letting my friends know how much I appreciated their concern for my past illness and to let other friends and clients on this Board know that I had not dropped off the planet Earth.  You have not posted it and I'm wondering why?

Again, to all of my friends and clients: I was in the hospital last week undergoing an emergency appendectomy surgery. My appendix had obviously been bad for awhile and finally ruptured, so there was gangrene involved too. I know -- disgusting!  It's over now, but after a few nights of hallucinations, the priest standing over my bed reading me my sacred blessing (last rights) and no family around, it was probably one of the worst experiences of my life (a side from two previous spinal surgeries that were horrendous). Anyway, that's where I've been and I'm fine now. In fact, I'm looking forward to hopping out of the sack and into another's again.  Tee-he!

Blesses and kisses,
Ciara (hugs, too)

and that it went ok - although, with a Priest there it sounds as if it was if-y for awhile! Goodness!

You'd have to ask Staff why the message wasn't posted, but, if it was posted on the National Board and never showed, it might be that the more 'personal' posts are preferred for the regional boards, as that's what happened to me, too once.

Glad to hear you're getting better and looking forward to your next Sack Hop! LOL!

..for a full and complete recovery, hon.  Can't imagine after such a rather intense experience you'd be fully ready to resume your normal work load.  Having admittedly admired your gallery, I would have thought your plumber, auto mechanic, electrician, cable guy, gardner, et.al would have also been at your bedside.

I obviously can't address your issue with TER here, however, would it not have been feasible to put up a notice on your website?

Take care of yourself and I'm sure that warm desert sunshine will help.

Thanks, everyone, for your support and kindness. I'd also like to thanks some of my regulars for phoning me and making sure I was okay . . . what sweethearts!

Hugs,
Ciara
