When is the last time you've changed your password and/or PIN?  Are you sure you have chosen a strong password?  There are some reputable password checking websites you can use to check your password.  

If you haven't changed your password in a while or if your password isn't very secure, you should consider changing it and to something secure.  Within the past month, I know three people whose online mail accounts (two Yahoo and one MSN) were compromised and used to send spam e-mail out to people in their address books/contact lists.

We could just change our passwords to all our accounts once a month like we are supposed to. Any good hacker can break into something if they really want to so it's not like anything is really secure these days. I've had my yahoo account closed due to a TOS violation but I didn't do anything and they wouldn't give my account back to me. I get a ton of spam links from guys who are well known on the boards. Shit happens, changing passwords regularly helps to prevent it, but it isn't the cure all.
