The earlier post I made took on a life I never thought it would. A similar post did the same thing on another board.

My only regret is that in its infant stages some people got a bit out of hand.

Kathy, Thank you for posting your thoughts. As I have said before I may not totally agree with all of your sentiments, but I will god damn fight to defend your right to say them.

I feel that way about everyone who posted. What we seem to forget is that thread is a perfect example of one of the things that makes our country great. The opportunity to post an opinion without fear of political retribution. But we also forget, that we take others feelings for granted and in a time when emotions run high, that we all express our pain, our anger and our patriotism in many different ways.

Antiphon, you may not see that these posts have any relevance to what TER is all about, but you are wrong. We are human, we have feelings. Last years tragedy had an effect on all of us in one way or another. And the fact that we can post our pain, our sorrow and our joy of having another day on this earth is very relevent. This is what makes us who we are....without those things, I am sure the blow up doll indistry would be booming and the ladies of this biz would be out of work.

Flame me as you wish. I will be walking the Strip today, sharing the day with strangers who feel some of what I do...grief for the loss...and happiness that I have another day to actually feel something.
