Ans: I can have sex within hours of seeing a provider without negative effects however volume of ejaculate may be diminished.

I'm a physically-fit 43 year old male.  I like to go about 3 days without orgasm before seeing a provider.  That's the perfect length of time for me.  I always jack off into a rubber so that "real" uncovered sex with a provider or my SO just feels better.  Plus I don't get jiz all over the carpet that way. Jes kiddin'! If that were the case, I would ask the next provider I meet to take me into the backyard and just shoot me. I think it's just that we're all so different.  I think every guy has his own "best pace" and his own unique SHAR.  (Shaft-to-Head Attention Ratio)  If you figure out a guy's optimum SHAR for just before, during, and just after the finish, then you pretty much own him.

As a 35 year old male, it makes no difference how sex is performed (CBJ, BBBJ, FS etc.) for me to have a great orgasm.

Here is my only disappointment (I'm sure some of the ladies will appreciate this)...one per hour is it.  I can have an orgasm twice in one day but they have to be spread out (maybe one in the AM and one PM).  For me, it's not about quantity.
