TER knows this and is currently working on the problem.

When I called their customer service 800 number, I was assured those providers will look much smoother tomorrow.

I have been told by TER that all VIP members have been shipped eye bleach.

I think mine was sent to Bob Sugar.

As you well know, he was handling all my affairs up until our falling out and I dont think my change of address form was handled properly by admin.

Maybe Swim is in charge of it?

... I was glad to see a pic today from someone who hasn't posted there for awhile.

Also I'd wager the overall quality of posts there far exceeds the quality of this board, on any given day. Probably because of the limited text on the Photo board. For example, I've never seen a whine-y post there. And never a dick thread there... at least none that I've noticed.
