A local grocery store used to advertise “It’s fresh or it’s free.”  

  Customer: This meat is rancid.
  Grocer: Then you can have it at no charge.
  Customer: You have won my business for life.

Likewise, “It’s me or it’s free” doesn’t exactly impress.

Ok, stupid question. I just figured your OP deserved a reply after all those reads.

I would love to read a review someday that starts off with "She wasn't the girl in the pics, so I called her on her "it's me or it's free" advertisement,  she reluctantly agreed and started disrobing without any money changing hands" Wouldn't that be a hoot?

Never experienced the scenario you've described but I did book with a lady in NY once who used fake pics in her ad and on her site. I didn't realize it at the time but the photo's were of a rather well known porn star. Probably not the best images to swipe...lol.

However , when the lady entered my room my first thought was OMG , she really is hotter in person than the pics. I mean she was gorgeous . And provided a rollicking GFE experience .

Later she was called out on the board for using fake pics. But by then I didn't care. She was actually better than advertised. Matter of fact I always booked her on subsequent trips to NYC.

That is like saying if the girl doesn't show up personally, and some other girl shows up...  

Then the first girl is saying that you can have your way with the 2nd girl for free.  The 1st girl won't mind.

I ran this scenario by my lawyer, and the contract law here seemed sound to him.
