END OF MESSAGE

I went to go get tested at Planned Parenthood, and one of the questions they ask if "Have you had sex with a sex worker?" (sidebar: props to them using proper terminology!)

I paused, and said if masturbation counted then yes. I actually managed to get a raised eyebrow!

How about you? Do you own up to medical providers, etc. about your hobby or profession?

If I feel I have to lie to them, it's time to replace them.

but I don't lie to anyone about seeing hookers. I am way too lazy to lie, and if someone has an issue with me seeing hookers, that's their problme, not mine.

Rent is a good place...at least that isn't scrutinized in audits.

Just don't be an asshat and send out those 1099's  LOL

I'm assuming you haven't shit canned your CPA...yet  :D

There is only so much room in the title bar. lol

Yes I tell the complete truth to my accountant as well, and no I do not attempt to "expense" out my hooker bill, but I can see where "vagina rental" might be an appropriate expense category.

It's funny, I have two different accounting firms, one of them is a monger who pegged me for a fellow whore monger when I showed up with my young "secretary" at our first meeting. I always get first priority for his time, because unlike his usual, boring clients, we always have something interesting to talk about.

Rent and 1099's. ROFL!!!!!

Time to hire a new Accountant; the advice I get isn't nearly as priceless!

they do use part of my rent, ads, massage oils, candles et

Lol! And you shouldn't! They owe you a fiduciary duty....Now your accountant, I dunno...

There's a little clause that starts off with...

"Under penalty of perjury"....

Might want to be truthful...as I have no interest in paying a 10k preparer penalty...and you shouldn't have any interest in serving time (along with those nasty taxes, penalties and interest).

Anything else you'd like to know?  :D

And likely don't plan on a trip any time soon.

Why....what do you have in mind?  :D

Yeah. D'u ever come out to Houston?  ;)

what happens when fingers don't work too well...a horrible disease  :D

perjury...look it up  LOL

perfury=fast finger disease

Sure, the doctor/nurse might not spread it around, but that does not stop the snot nosed MA/Receptionist who sees your file from telling all her friends you're a hooker, with no proof it was her who told. HIPAA only works if you abide by it, and most of them don't. I was an intern at a hospital for 2 years, and I saw every record that passed through. I had to put the shit in the computer. Now, if they let some intern see records, you don't think the employees being paid are not seeing them?

No one knows what I do other than those in the business...period. If I get arrested, then of course I would have to tell my Attorney but word would already be out by then

I don't care who knows that I am a "whore monger" Of course it might be different if I were a hooker, but since that is unlikely to ever happen, i guess I will never know. lol

and several accountants. The same rule goes for all of them IMO. If I feel that I have to "hold back" information from any of them, it means I don't have the trust level with them that I need to continue to use their services. I've reached that point with more than a couple of Doctors, Lawyers, and Accountants alike, and obviously none of them work for me any longer.

I'd stick it out with you.

And sorry...Mikey and Satan aren't my type.

I stopped with the "mirror test" years ago...so if I don't like you and enjoy your company...no way we will be doing business together.

and I don't care how much money is involved.

I don't need money badly enough to have to tolerate people I can't stand, just like I don't need pussy badly enough to put up with BSC or demanding hookers either.

If your medical condition is an issue in the case, your medical records can be subpoenaed.  You can get a protective order that they not be revealed outside the litigation, and HIPPA does protect you somewhat, but it's not like the records are forever sealed.

I don't get why the Planned Parenthood worker thinks having sex with sex workers is higher risk than with civvies.  The better question is how often you engage in unprotected sex.

When I went to a urologist to investigate ED remedies, he asked if I got erect enough for penetration with my wife.    I was honest enough to say it wasn't with my wife but a partner.  He grinned, a little embarrassed, and we glossed over it .  It did not seem to affect his treatment of me. I did not say any of my partners were sex workers, though.  I implied I had a regular mistress.

As a Sex worker, I am WAAAAAAAY more safe than I was as a Civvie! I NEVER used condoms as a CIVVIE! and yes thank god I stayed safe

nless I come back positive for something, what I do here has no impact on my health any more than going out and barebacking random men in bars would...in fact, it has less impact.

I use condoms 100 percent of the time I have sex here...can't say I did that 10 years before coming here lol. To me, being a slut who is not using protection is more risky than what most of us do here.

Under the theory that once it's out of the box, it can never be put back in. DO NOT want that in my medical file (or any file for that matter), even with HIPAA.

My gyn thinks I'm a quasi-compulsive nympho and probably also thinks I'm a little nuts...but I've never had problems getting any tests I want done. She also lets me pepper her with questions till my heart's content, lol.

And asked "Have you ever had sex for money?" I always reply, "Does marriage count?"

Does dinner and a show count?

and I have fired countless doctors, lawyers and other "professionals" over the years. Those letters behind their name don't mean shit to me when I am paying the bill.

and as I mentioned before, I actually have more access to one of my accountant's time, as he doesn't find me as boring as his other clients and that is a direct effect of our both being whore mongering pigs.

It does not affect how I treat patients in a negative way at all. I do however have a little better understanding and probably have more empathy.

MM

now when I switch to Kaiser in JAN I will NOT be saying jack

After my ex and I split I started getting tested at my regular doctor's office.  I just told him that, since I was "playing the field" now I wanted to get tested on a regular basis.

I also appreciate the fact that PP used the right terminology but I don't think that seeing sex workers is any more dangerous than picking up strangers in bars (probably even less so).

"I don't think that seeing sex workers is any more dangerous than picking up strangers in bars (probably even less so)."

Fully agree, I make this argument constantly. You're way more at risk, in more ways than one, going home drunk with a stranger than hobbying.

I had a very good friend, same age as me, who never married. During my 20's, 30's and 40's I was a married guy who saw escorts.  In all those years I never contracted any STD's at all.  My single friend spent those same years with a variety of women, many of whom he picked up in bars or at "singles dances". Until he finally got scared of herpes and HIV he had unprotected sex with dozens of women for years and had to get treated for a variety of, fortunately, curable STD's.

Even the street walkers that I used to pick up in the early 90's were safer than some of the civvie girls out there...

most doctors, lawyers, whatever, instinctively have a different subjective view (less empathy) of you from that point on.  they'll be professional, but you no longer receive 100% of their "oath".

Then again, they might yell, "Dayum Playa!" I give you a high five!

I'm lucky enough to go to an amazing clinic that doesn't discriminate. I tell them so that they will run all of the tests they have for me (a lot of times, when you get an STI panel done, they won't test for Herpes I) and because I come in for testing very often. It makes things easier. I'm also not in secret about my profession, so telling my doctor isn't a big deal.

I would probably say "No"

I would say, I am active with different ladies.

I mean, wtf difference does it make unless you are seeing crack ho street walkers.

I informed him I had GFs on the side...  I never said how long they were my GF for.  He clearly didn't approve but he ordered the testing.

But I trusted the RN and DOC and I figured, better they know vs thingk I am getting tests every month just because I am a straight up slut.

SO I a feel good telling
