I don't like how the threads are sorted based on current response.  Is there a way to set a different sorting method, say chronological?

The Regional Boards link doesn't work.  I keep getting the list of regular TER General Boards.

When I open a discussion board, there is no way for me to tell if new messages have been added to a thread since I last looked at that thread. This is just unsatisfactory. I need to know from the opening page which threads have posts that have arrived since I last was there. When I open a thread, I can tell by link color if I have visited it, but this, obviously is not helpful at the top level. Very simple answer -display number of replies added since my last visit nest to each thread title.

I understand some of the members' gripes.

Adding certain features will make the site more acceptable to them.

They want to see to the subject line of all the posts in a thread on the message board's main page. So give us the option of expanding a thread and another to expand all threads.

By the way, now that only the starting post is displayed, perhaps you should increase the number of threads per page to 50 or more. That would help the providers if you disable bumping-to-the-top of ad posts, which I'm confused if that's being implemented.  You probably know this already, but if ads are not bumped and other posts are bumped, the ads are going to drop off the first page quickly.

In the new format, I don't think an hierarchical (tree) structure of the posts is necessary, especially when we can quote a post. Actually I'd rather that we not have the hierarchical structure where every post is supposed to be a reply to another post. Sometimes I don't want to reply to anyone including to the OP; I just want to make a general comment.
